It's much nicer to have someone who listens to us and teaches us how best to do the exercises, correcting and supporting us, to train alone, automatically and without proper planning. Security – Having someone to correct your posture,correct excersise and type of machines to use, increases feelings of safety whilst eliminating the risk of falls and injuries will give you greater confidence and trust. Commitment – This is the keyword in the relationship between coach and yourself. Arrange a day and time with a personal trainer and your agenda is very important, because training becomes a team effort because your presence is the work of the coach and viceversa. Results – Is what you're looking for, and your coach is truly committed to helping you achieve your goals.  Attitude change in terms of objectives is essential in obtaining results.   Get the most out of your time and your training, achieves the objectives of a schedule, safely and without injury, has my support and my experience as a professional athlete for over 20 years.
